Husband (Georgia A. Smith-Lucas), Father (Lowell Busch, Lowell Lucas Jr., & Janell A. Cheeks), Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Relative, & friend to many.

After serving his country for 20+ years and fighting a lengthy battle with a service connected disability, took the Lord's hand and entered into eternal rest on November 6, 2023.
