Obituary of George Albert Pierson

George Albert Pierson, age 79, passed away at his residence in Colorado Springs, Colorado on October 16, 2023 with his loving wife by his side.

He was born on May 5, 1944 in Wilmington, Delaware to parents Ida Mae Pierson and Charles Pierson.

George proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Army where he earned the rank of Private First Class before his honorable discharge. 

George later when on to work as a long distance truck driver for Wayne Dalton.

Preceding in death are George's parents, son Daniel Olin and sister Doris. 

Those left behind to honor George's memory are loving wife Margaret "Peggy" Pierson, son W. Duane Pierson (Laurie), Kelly & Charles Riegle, grandchildren Makayla and Ashley Pierson.

George was affiliated with Restoration Church in Fountain, Colorado where a celebration of life will be held at a later point in time.

Interment to take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
