Obituary of June M. Hatty

 

 

June Marie Hatty, passed away peacefully in the presence of family on March 14, 2023, at the age of 81.

 

She was born on June 17th, 1941, in Detroit to Louis and Ilma “Billie” (Peltola) Hatty.  Beautiful, intelligent, and driven, June was a gifted artist and excellent chef.

 

After raising her children into their teens, June enjoyed a long and successful career as an executive administrator at the General Motors Technical Center.

 

June joins her loving husband Terry Butler who predeceased her by a year and a month.  She will be fondly remembered by her beloved son, James Folcik and his wife Agnieszka and daughter Janice Mathes; sisters, Patsy Howie, Lois Workman and Joni Hatty Ammon; grandchildren, Jared Folcik, Lindsey Folcik, Adam Dietz and Bryan Tucker; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 

 

She will be reunited with Terry in Columbarium Wall 45, Row C, Site 10 at Great Lakes National Cemetery on July 28^th, at 2:30 PM.
