On behalf of the Blue Spruce Kiwanis in Evergreen, CO I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the entire Durel family. I serve as the coordinator for our biannual Highway 74 Clean Up. Col. "Med" Durel and his wife, Anne were always willing to get their hands dirty and assist our service club with the clean up. Col. Durel was a member of the Mountain Foothills Rotary Club who often partnered with Kiwanis for the Hwy clean up. It was always a pleasure having Med and Anne on board. With everything said, I thank Col. Durel for his service to our country and his community service along with Anne to the Evergreen area. May you rest in peace Sir.
