Obituary of Alfred J. Siebert Jr.

Alfred J. Siebert Jr., 90, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2023. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharlet Siebert. Al served in the United States Air Force during the Korean war from 1952 to 1956. He took great pride in serving his country but even greater pride in being a loving husband, dad and Gramps. He worked at Rocky Flats for 29 years and retired in 1992. He enjoyed tinkering with models, gardening and hanging out with his family. 

He is survived by his three children, Mike (Kourtni) Siebert, Michele Thelen, Debbie (Dave) Freiberg, three grandchildren, Megan (Casey) Preuit, Mike (Azaria)Freiberg and Elaina Siebert. 

Services will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, 10:30 am at St. Mark Catholic Church located at 3141 W. 96th Ave in Westminster. 

He will be laid to rest at 1:15 p.m., Staging Area C, Fort Logan National Cemetery,  3698 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80235 following services at the church.
