Obituary of Albert Greyhosky

Albert "Al" Greyhosky, 102, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2023 in Aurora, Colorado.  

A member of the Greatest Generation, Al was a World War II pilot and served in the European and North Africa theaters before being shot down over Germany in 1943.  After liberation from Stalag 3G, Al returned home to marry his sweetheart, Bonnie Mae Elligton of El Paso, Texas. 

After a career in the United States Air Force and Department of Defense, Al retired in Aurora, Colorado to enjoy golf, football, and political discourse.

He is survived by his son, Clark, and his daughter-in-law Diana. 

A military interment service will be held on Flag Day, June 14, 2023, at 9:15 AM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver Colorado.  Staging area "C."
