Obituary of Gertrude Collins

Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Trudy Collins, passed away at age 89 on January 13th, 2023. 

Trudy was born in New York City; however, she lived all over the world as the wife of a foreign service officer. After retirement, she spent 21 wonderful years in Wilmington, NC., and the last 7 years in Colorado.

She was truly loved by her family and large network of friends which she held dear. Trudy loved life and was always up for adventure. She was fearless, and together with her husband Jack, championed new legislation in support of victim's rights. 

Trudy is survived by her son, Stephen, daughter in law, Kassandra, and granddaughter, Sienna.
