Obituary of Artur Siegfried Jakubowski

We are saddened to announce the passing of Artur Siegfried Jakubowski on October 11, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born on July 8, 1928 in Germany to parents Ferdinand Jakubowski and Emilia (Marguardt) Jakubowski. 

He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956 earning the rank of Specialist 3 before being honorably discharged. 

Those left behind to cherish Artur's memory are his three children; Sandy (Mike) Sickafoose, Gerhard Jakubowski and Glenn (Cheryl) Jakubowski. He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. 

Inurnment to take place at Pikes Peak National Cemetery on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 11:00AM 10545 Drennan Rd. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925.
