March 25, 1948- September 28, 2022
Tom was born and raised in Denver Colorado and resided in Thornton Colorado. On September 28 2022 he went home to be with the Lord. Tom was survived by his wife of 53 years Nancy Anastos, his kids Helen Anastos, Christina Anastos, Tom II (Robyn) Anastos and Buffy (Fermin) Chaparro. His grandkids Teddy, Mikie, Fenix Woody. Jason (Jay-Man), Amanda Smith. Ethan, Madyson Anastosouplous. Angelita, FJ, Joseph, Mateo Chaparro. His great grandkids Justin, Allison, Anaya, Klause, Laylah, Arianna, Millz and Whiskie. His brothers John (Karin) Anastos, Mike (Lori) Anastos, His sisters Bonnie (Mark) Fitser, Kaye Barney and DeeDee Anastosouplous, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
After graduating High School from Holy Family Tom served our county in the Coast Guard in the Vietnam war. After the war Tom came back to Denver with his wife and daughter to continue to grow his family. Tom loved to cook for his family, watch Nascar and football. Tom adored all his kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and all his dogs. Tom was proud to serve his country and a proud Veteran. Tom was a great son, husband, dad, grandpa, brother, and friend he will be deeply missed by all.
Tom will be preceded in death by his Grandpa and Grandma Anastos, Grandpa and Grandma Nicoll and his parents Vincent and Virginia Anastos.
Tom will have a viewing at 11:00am followed by a mass service at 11:30am at Holy Family Catholic Church 4377 Utica St, Denver CO 80212 on October 18 2022
Burial service at Fort Logan National Cemetery 4400 W Kenyon Ave Denver CO 80236 On October 18, 2022
We will have a celebration for life on October 22, 2022
