Emilie Hans Benavides, age 94, passed away at her home in Colorado Springs, Colorado on May 26, 2022 with her family by her side. She was born on September 19, 1927 in Landshut, Germany to Joseph Hans and Theresa Feldmaier.
She attended college and went on to work retail and then a telephone operator for the government.
She is preceded in death by both her parents, Joseph and Theresa Hans.
Those left behind to honor and cherish Emilie’s memory are her loving husband, Concepcion Benavides Sr., son, Concepcion Benavides Jr., and grandchildren, Jacob Pinello-Benavides, Katherine Benavides and Abigail Benavides.
Committal service at Pikes Peak National Cemetery is scheduled for Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 10:00AM 10545 Drennan Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80925.
